It should come in further north of Dolly, with tight model spreadu it looks to be somewhere in between Matagorda to Galveston. It could be a big rainmaker headed west towards the Mexico border though. Almost right over the worst drought areas if lucky.

We got our first torrential rain in weeks in the northern suburbs of Houston an hour ago.
Not sure if it is related to the storm. But up until yesterday the local forecasts were for no rain as far as the eye can see.
Yeah. I was just looking at the cone though. Come Wed, it looked like the upper river might just be in it.
