“After the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, he added, “we should have told Americans to join the Peace Corps, American Corps… expand the great missions that you are carrying out not only here in America but also throughout the world.”

What the OC Register left out to put dots after Corps was, join the military. Selective editing. But they cant hide that McCain did a great job and this from me who had McCain as my 5th GOP choice.

57% McCain now.

Loved Mac's snappy answers. Not always the the answer I would of loved to here, but he was ready with his answer right away - on top of the situation all the time. Obama did a lot of ahhhh ahhhhh before giving his often wishy washy answer.

why did Mccain list John Lewis?

Lewis is pretty far out there.

Pandering.

Still, aside from that he won that forum handily

and gave out some read meat

I missed nObamam but I have him Tivoed. I thought McCain looked and sounded better than I ever have seen him before. He has been listening to us and it showed.

McCain 50

Obama 45

2723 Total

McCain was clearly the winner. Obama came off poorly. McCain looked decisive, competent, and presidential. This poll isn't an accurate reflection of the country. I would have expected a margin of 80-20 McCain.

52% McCain. Thanks to Peggybac for da ping!

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)
