Those failures are “lost” on the weak-minded.

The current brainiacs in the MSM can't spin a mythos like the they used to. In the old days, they made MYTHS! Myths strong enough that a cad like Ted could windsurf along on the legend of his two brothers for 45 years.
Poor Obama, he'll wither on the vine, and the philandering Ted will be longer remembered as a Great Statesman, whereas Obama will be remembered only as a silly-season's failure in a few short years.

Water is his symbol for life.
Especially when mixed with scotch...

a film clip of a very large lincoln continental being lifted from the water appearedIt was an Oldsmobile. Teddy wouldn't be caught dead in a car named after Abe Lincoln (although Mary Jo was).

I heard a clip on the radio of Ted reading aloud (to kids)
his book about his dog, Splash (not kidding, actual name).
One of the lines: “She could stay in the water for hours
and hours and hours.” And I thought, is he talking about
Mary Jo after he abandoned her in the Rose-mobile?
