he trains like a wild man in some really different and innovate ways that no one else is doing (if they even can).

......examples please...

Not that I doubt his training, but what is innovative and different. Just interested because I like to keep up with that sort of stuff.

Here's a link that shows some of his workout techniques.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTczMKtmvdQ

It's from his “wrestling” days, and it's nowhere near his complete workout, but it's a good glimpse. The thing with him is that he's been doing that kind of stuff for so many years that his strength foundation is unreal. Not that the other guys aren't too, but he's just so much more physical and extremely agile for his size. If he came after me, I'd just kill myself to at least deprive him of some fun and exercise.

DTV also did a “profile” on him before the Herring fight, and part of it showed his workout. But it was on PPV, and I don't know if you can get video of it.

He used his money from wrestling to set himself up with a nice farm in Minnesota, and built a huge gym on his property where he spends about 8-10 hours a day. He's scary strong. Other MMA heavyweights are gonna have to step it up if they want to survive w/him in the game.
