When I was young we had to wait for the curlers to finish before we could begin our hockey practice.
It wasn't until I saw the bar attached to the rink that I understood why Friday's wait was twice as long as Monday's.
Serious business curling.

Maybe later...the season is about to start.
I’d heard some good news....Omaha might be getting a dedicated curling rink in the next few years. No more renting of hokey ice :(
