That's one way to get Legos. I don't know what happened to "BrickBay," though. Maybe eBay had a problem with it. There are lots of Lego sales on there too, but not on the scale of individual bricks.
Bricklink used to be Brickbay. they wanted to drop anything that made people think “Ebay”.
