Looking at both 'big' photos, Heather has a great neck...that is why she is aging so well.

But the hair?!?!?! Don't ever razor cut, fine, over processed hair! Argggggghhh....

Actually, it looks like her hair was tied back and let down. They would have taken any tie or band away from her when she was booked.
