Keep doing your stealth work for your Obamessiah ... but you do realize you and rabs are transparent, right? [That’s your cue to give us a whine or make a bluster. No matter how offensive you are, you will not get Bob’ACLU’Barr elected president, and Ron Paul, well, he’s certifiable. But you can get Obamessiah elected, as we see you’re trying to do.]

Last time I looked the American people nominated two candidates for president who support CIR. John McCain even coauthored the bill.

We are in this pickle because House Republicans refused to support our leadership and spinelessly voted against CER. Now we'll all have to pay for such shortsightedness.

Comprehensive Economic Reform (CER) is an apt description of the bill just as Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) was an apt description last year's bill which attempted to fix our country's immigration woes.

If the bailout was the right thing to do, the congress would have voted for it and let the improved economy speak for itself. It appears that they are not sure of the bailout themselves.

We lost this election in January.

Are you now just figuring this out? Try to keep up.

The Republicans that voted no seem to be in really safe districts. Many (not all) of the Democrats that voted no are not in safe districts or they would have voted yes and followed the Pelosi line. If voting no was a mistake then those Democrats are in trouble, more trouble than the Republicans that voted no. Remember most of the Freshman Democrats voted no especially those from previously GOP districts who were given permission to do so.

Now the Republicans that voted yes will not be challenged by Democrat opponents who would say they would vote no.

On the next vote I don’t see many Democrats changing their votes for bill with more GOP input. Remember I said that the Republicans that voted no previously are in safe districts so changing their votes will not hurt them.

I say that the outcome is good so far.

That possibly had something to do with their 'No' votes, but from what I've been hearing they were spooked by the number of constituents who were not in favor of the bill.

They should have listened to the GOP leadership and done the right thing.

I am openly opposed to Socialists and statists of stripes and of all political affiliations.

If you are willing to bend over for Big Government RINOs and their counterparts in the Democrat Party, by all means, go ahead. I won't stop you. Just realize that, even though you may willingly consent to such a ravaging of the Republic and of the Constitution, there are folks who refuse to give such consent.

“Last time I looked the American people nominated two candidates for president who support CIR. John McCain even coauthored the bill.”

I don’t give a damn what Obama’s position on Amnesty; I expect the Dems to have bad policies.

McCain received 49% of the Republican vote during the Primaries and Cauci.

The GOP needs drug and IQ tests for their nomination contests.

“Comprehensive Economic Reform (CER) is an apt description of the bill just as Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) was an apt description last year’s bill which attempted to fix our country’s immigration woes.”

lol
How do Z visas help our ILLEGAL(a word you left out) immigration problem?

It might help if the GOP actually checked to make sure that Republicans were the only ones voting in its nomination contests, instead of allowing the Rats and other groups to enter and play games.

I prefer my enemies to be in plain view in front of me.

Rather than stabbing me in the back from behind...constantly.

That's rich, coming from a non-conservative GOP shill on an independent, grassroots, conservative Web site.

It is because of extremists like you that the GOP is in this mess.

Typical McCainiac, pulling out the "extremist" card.

We are in this mess because certain segments of the GOP (including folks like you) are willing to compromise on your principles in the name of "pragmatism" and in doing so, you not only enable the leftists in the Democrat Party, but on occasions such as this one, RINOs like you join with the Democrats to comprehensively screw the American citizen and taxpayer in a bipartisan way.

And folks like you have the nerve to refer to reform and to the common good.

RINOs need to be exposed for the Big Government freaks and tools of the Left that they are.
