Obnama is not a brown person, he is a red person.
Tell her that we do not need to elect Obama to “show” any such thing.
You might point out that there are differences of political ideology that cause so called “black political action committees” that supposedly seek the advancement of black people to oppose the elections and nominations and celebrations of black politicians and columnists like Justice Clarence Thomas and Walter Williams. Are they “anti-black” for opposing these mens’ success?
Also point out that there are differences of political ideology that cause so called “women’s political action committees” that supposedly seek the advancement of women to oppose the elections and nominations and celebrations of women like Margaret Thatcher, Michelle Malkin (who although she is a minority has been branded a racist), Sarah Palin, Laura Ingraham, and Condi Rice.
They are using the buzzword “racist” to smear the opposition. They do not see any hypocrisy when they oppose minority candidates who are conservative.
Point out that Barak Obama (don’t let him just go by the “Pepsi” brand name of “OBAMA”) protected the practice of leaving babies that were “born alive” to die in utility closets of hospitals in Illinois while they struggled (for minutes to upwards of 8 hours). He fought legislation to CHANGE the law. He defended the practice. That is an extreme position in the realm of baby killing.
Point out that the so-called women’s movement leaders “NOW” defended a man who committed adultery in the white house, pressured other subordinates to have sex in the workplace, all because he held the “politically correct” position on abortion. They claim it is about a woman’s RIGHT to choose but an examination of those who smeared Governor Palin for CHOOSING to keep her baby reveals the fraud of their talking point.
As a girl, she should learn that the self appointed leaders of all women do not hold her best interests at heart.
I would take that granddaughter out of that school. Yes a black,(ie Michael Steele) or a hispanic (ie Mel Martinez)or an Asian (Bobby Jindal) can be if you want the nation like the way the FOUNDERS made it!!
Do they still make “Mantan”?
Tell her to tell her teacher that it is ignorant to elect or not elect any person just because of the color of their skin, and that the most important part of anyone is who they are inside (and Obama is a very, very bad man).
I tell her to keep her finger to herself.
My 16 year old told me that his teacher had the class choose who they wanted as president and another kid went around looking at other kids’ responses. He told everybody that my kid had voted for McCain and he and a bunch of other Obama fascists told him they were going to beat him up.
My college-age kid tells me all her associates are voting Obama. I’m praying that none of them actually registered - or that they don’t get out of bed that day.
Tell her it is okay for a brown person to be president, as long as it is Alan Keyes, Clarence Thomas or Bobby Jindal.
Even Colin Powell (with all his faults) looks good nowadays.
LOL!
I have *no* idea.
[ask John Kerry]
if it is so OK for a ‘brown’ person to be pre4sident, why isn’t Alan Keyes in the white house right now.
this ain’t about skin color - that’s what they call a pretext.
Or you could tell her that McCain needs to be elected to show that it’s OK for a woman to be in the White House...
So, on Thursday of last week there were children passing poster's out that said “tell your mama to vote for Obama” Some of the kids were wearing these posters taped to their shirts. The agitated my son in his science class. He was very vocal in his dislike for these signs and of course because he reacted the kids tormented him even more.
On Friday morning I called the school district to find out what the policy on political signs was. The district says no political signs are allowed. The district then wanted to know where I saw these signs. I wasn't about to tell them, I wanted to talk to the principal of the school first.
I finally talked to the principal and she said she did see the poster's being handed out and that she stopped that. I told her about what happened in the science class and she hadn't heard about that. I said why would the teacher tell you about it? I'm sure he wanted to keep it quiet. She said that political themed t-shirts were ok. I'll be calling the district on Monday to find out the policy on posters taped to t-shirts.
