Latin Translation Help

I am trying to translate the phrase "LIVE FREE OR DIE" into Latin but am having a hard time. Is there anyone out there who czn?

See the link at post 14. They are arguing about whether it should be singular or plural imperative. However, if you want a tattoo of it you should probably contact a Latin teacher instead of a bunch of people on the internet. I've heard too many funny stories about tattooed foreign words to want an amateur translation.

Actually, I just used a free online translator, and have no clue what that sentence actually means!

Cool, what was the website. I need to do some brushing up (not that I speak Latin to often), it has been 15 years since my Latin classes in hish school.
