My father had his McCain sign torn down yesterday. Some thug, probably from a nearby black neighborhood, although I do not know that. But, I do know that my 85-year old father put it back up today, proudly, even if it was a bit crumpled. What a travesty! This is a man who served his country proudly in WWII and is a highly decorated veteran! He shouldn’t have to endure this! If I caught the guy, I would pin him to the ground, beat the crap out of him and call the police to come lock him up.
I wish to God we could keep our preferences out there. But, truth is, a large following of the One will resort to violence and other scare tactics to intimidate us.
