As we all know, this is the highest office in the land and should be awarded to a person that we can all trust and look up too. Someone that brings proven reliable experience, great character, love of country, qualities that will inspire us all to be a better person and also someone that can be a roll model to our children. As we all know, this is everything Obama in NOT!!! He's the complete opposite of what this great country and this great office stand for. He's everything that this country has been fighting against for over 200 years. He begged, borrowed, stole, cheated and lied his way in, right before our very eyes, in broad daylight and when it came time to stop him and put an end to this madness, more than half of the voters that turned out, agreed with him!!! It's disgusting and a disgrace to the decent people of this country and the reason that we're all walking around with a knot in our stomach!! Because we all know that it's just so wrong! It's the twilight zone!!! And the last two mornings, I find myself waking up to the same episode! It's unbelievable! And it gets even freakier when I flip on the TV and see people celebrating his victory! The same people that I thought shared my beliefs and values! It's like everyone is lying to themselves and their trying to put out of their minds all of the horrible baggage that this low life brought with him and infected our lives with! I refuse to be one of these people!! I detest him and every liberal, communist socialist like him!!! I didn't need to vote for him because he was black! I wasn't a racist before the election and I'm not one now! They're looking at his skin color and putting everything else out of their minds and it's sickening!!! I don't consider skin color, so to me a person, is a person. But if this country wanted to celebrate a president of color, it should be someone like Condi Rice, Michael Steele, or Alan Keys, to name a few! I can only feel a chill going down my spine when I think of how easily America turned the keys to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue over to a complete stranger!!! Before we can even imagine the next thing the half of our country that is suffering from a nervous break down will do to us, we have to wait several months to see what this stranger will do! And there's one thing that we all know for sure..... it's not going to be good!

Barack Obama attended an Islamic school growing up in Indonesia and his father was a Muslim.
Obama's experience within Islam as a boy should give him a unique perspective into Islam unlike any other U.S. President.
How do you feel the election of Barack Obama will impact Islam in America?
Take the latest Truth For Muslims poll.

Did anyone just see the Brandon Marshall (Denver Bronco NFL Player) interview on the NFL network just now?
He was talking about gthe election, and the black power salute of the ‘68 Olympians. Then he said no more black gloves, it’s not about black and white anymore, that it’s about the Red White and Blue. I have never seen such Patriotic sentiment from a black guy.

I feel your pain, but we conservatives should accept Obama as our President because it's the right and patriotic thing to do. Plus, if we're gracious from the get-go, it'll be harder for the media to make us the story when Obama struggles with Iraq, Afghanistan, the financial markets, Russia, etc.

Ann Coulter said it best - in a spirit of bipartisanship and reaching across the aisle, we should give Dem president the same respect, dems gave the Republican one.

We have no choice. He won the office fair and square by the free votes of electors chosen by your fellow citizens. As loyal Americans, we have no moral option but to recognize him as our nation’s President-Elect.

Because he was elected president and there is nothing we can do about it. Remember all the crap that the left accused President Bush of for eight years? Do we want to be them? We must keep an eagle eye on his administration and call him on his missteps, but he is the president-elect and there will be no “birth certificate” revelations or anything else to keep him from being inaugurated.

Only because of God, rickyrep. The flesh looks at all of the things you mention and says no way. But Scripture says that the powers that be are instituted by God. That doesn’t mean that God put them there because He approves of their behavior. Rather, that means that He put them there because it is for some greater purpose which we may or may not see. Therefore, barring some earth-shaking development like the Supremes saying he is really a non-citizen, he will be our next President. Like it or not. We are a nation that puts people into power because we elect them. More people (not counting the dead ones and fraudulent votes) evidently put him into power. So, as best as we can, we are to recognize him as President and submit to that particular authority. At times where we can not of good conscience submit to him, which I’m sure will be plenty, then we take our stand.

Putting aside all the lying and cheating, the scariest part is that he will be seen as weak by all the other crazy men in charge of countries who hate us and our way of life.
Putin would mop the floor with Obama. Chicago politics pale in comparison to Moscow politics.

He did NOT win fair and square, but there is nothing we can do about it and we have to live with it:(.

We should give Obama the same respect and treatment the Democrats gave Bush in 2004 -— Not my President, he lies about everything ... you can add your favorite as time goes on. And don’t forget, Democrats started this from day one in 2004.
The question I asked my neighbor, ‘why would you vote for a communist just because he is black’? No answer, blank stare.
Reject Obamunism.

We won’t have a president for the next four years. Instead, we’ll have Comrade Chairman Obamsky, general secretary of the people’s presidium and Party pit boss. Mrs. Palin will be the 44th president, or Bobby Jindal.
