Even if the music and lyrics are free of copyright issues, the performance could be restricted. It is not easy to find works of art which are not under copyright.
Youtube has chosen to honor copyrights. I suspect that all it takes is for some liberal to take the time to complain.
Fox News also asserts copyrights over some aspects of its broadcasts and limited the rebroadcast of their images by the political campaigns.

I loved it. I also left a comment about how almost all of the nasty, vile, and filthy posts are almost invariably by the libs. Told them that obscene language is indicative of a small mind. We will rebuild the GOP with new blood.
