Yes. By that move, it appears O and his handlers did some serious planning way in advance of the election and obvioulsy anticipated difficulties. It appeared to be a defense against any post-primary move by Hillary.
Not sure that action benefits him now, however. If O is disqualified prior to the electors executing the Certificate of Vote (highly unlikely), they would seem free to vote for someone else and he would probably allow them to do so.
If O is disqualified after the Certificate of Vote, the electors are probably discharged and it appears the Congress selects the next President.
Just guessing, though. What are your thoughts?
Here's a brief example of how Axelrod layers his lies to obscure the facts. When first asked about a possible oBama-Ayers connection, Axelrod floated the insidious lie that perhaps they had met each other casually at school functions since their kids attend the same school. Of course Ayers' kids are in their twenties and Obama's girls are 6 and 9 (if memory serves), so the first layer of lies was a gross misstatement. The the next layer of lies was issued, citing the fact that they live int he same neighborhood, so it is natural they would perhaps run into each other on occasion. Obama liked that one so much that he is still using it and his sycophantic fifth column media platoon is repeating it for him ... 'he's just a guy in the neighborhood'.
Just words? Damned right! Just words layered in lies designed to avoid the facts and the truth! Obama is a skilled liar. David Axelrod is his teacher and handler, and a consummate liar, also.
There is along list of not only shady financiers, slumlords, and extortionist thugs who are Obama's chosen associates, but also domestic terrorist bombers. And the fifth column enemy-media continue to do their obeisance to this Chicago thug because he is the socialist they've been waiting for, longing for, will now worship and adore.

Even more disturbing to me is Axelrod’s career background with communism, commencing with his mother, Myril and later, the likes of Don Rose and David Canter, both with solid communist credentials. (www.newzeal.blogspot.com).
Bomb-thrower Ayers came out decades ago, has fought the long war and is not about to see it slip away: “Our enemy is U.S. imperialism, the enemy of all humankind,” Bill Ayers, Educational Secretary, SDS, 1969.
All they need is enough civil unrest to argue it would be impossible to conduct free and open elections.
