I am familiar with the dual citizenship argument in #13 and believe it can be easily rationalized by a Dem controlled Congress and a USSC that will find the issue is within the discretion of that Congress.. Hope my view on this point is wrong.
The better argument would be to convincingly demonstrate O was born in Kenya, if indeed he was, to a Kenyan father and an “underage” mother.
