Great news! Leo Donofrio rocks! He is an incredible patriot.
Leo tried to give Keyes attorney pointers to beef up their cases and told them to go straight to the CA Supreme Court. Leo’s case has “layers” of claims so his case cannot get blown out if one claim is attacked.
Keyes attorney Gary Kreep’s group is below.
They need to raise more money for their case. Leo is doing his out of his pocket. He is a super patriot.
We need to try to get conservative talk show radio hosts to get Leo on their show and maybe Gary Kreep.
We need to try to help both of them.
ok so what i’m getting from this is that they are going to preside over it on Dec 5... or they are going to rule on it on Dec 5??? or neither?
Also when it says that it was denied by Justice Souter does it give reasons why???

I think it means Thomas is having other justices review it but I could be wrong. Hopefully Alito, Scalia, and Roberts. Woo Hoo!
The “denial” may have been a fraud. Souter’s clerk jerked Leo around. Souter may have never seen it. The clerk’s name is Danny Bickle.
Bickle tried numerous ways to discourage and sabotage Leo’s filing. We all need to try to get Leo on Ruh, savage, Drudge, Beck, Levin, Hannity, etc to get the word out.
Leo is sticking his neck out to protect us and the Constitution.
According to the SCOTUS rules:
A cert petition is voted on at a session of the Court called a conference. A conference is a private meeting of the nine Justices by themselves; the public is not permitted to attend, and neither are the Justices’ law clerks. If four Justices vote to grant the petition, then the case proceeds to the briefing stage; otherwise, the case ends. Except in death penalty cases and other cases in which the Court orders briefing from the respondent, the respondent may, but is not required to, file a response to the cert petition.
So it is not being denied outright like it was under Justice Souter. Now we need to get 4 Justices to agree on the merits.
More tinfoil hat stuff about Obamugabe being 'ineligible' by means of the circumstances of his birth/childhood, I'd guess.

I listened to Leo on Prarie Radio and Lan last night. Leo was great.

Yeah the tin foil is called The Constitution. Some people are actually doing REAL things to try to protect it. Leo is sticking his neck out for us and our future. Just because O fooled you and the MSM does not mean we are fooled.
This is a real case at the Supreme Court. This is an important thread as opposed to people posting prayer threads for Obama or threads about grandma’s pie or pitbulls are as safe a Labradors for kids pets (yeah right) or Rush talking about the Steelers or Savage talking about his dog Tippy.
We all need to call Rush, Savage, Beck, Hannity, Ingraham, Levin and the others and encourage them to get Leo and Keyes attorney Gary Kreep on their shows.
People on FR run live fanboy threads for Rush, Levin and Savage. They should call them. Drudge too but I think O bought him with lots of web site ad banners during the election for big $$$.
Leo is fighting for us and The Constitution.

I will gladly eat my words if the time comes. I just don’t expect to. I envision that this whole thing will be thrown out of the Court.
The first hurdle has been cleared.
Justice Thomas saw enough merit in the case to schedule a closed door conference. If not he would have dismissed it outright.
Now if he can convince 3 more - hopefully Robert, Alito, and Scalia this will move forward to an actual hearing.
As compared to the Berg case which is not moving forward.

No ... the tinfoil hat wearers are the ones who believe Obama has nothing to hide when spending nearly a million dollars to suppress the display of a $10 birth certificate. Something stinks — and some of us care enough about the Constitution to want to know what that is. Go, Donofrio, Go!
What was that thing about the other case, that Berg had no “standing”? How does this guy have that “standing” necessary? I hope for the sake of the Constitution that we all have standing to make sure our President meets the paltry 2 qualifications.
