That aside, I saw two Amish carriages leaving the deer registration yesterday, deer on the rear. Wish I'd had a camera.

With America getting off oil and gasoline within the next 10 years, horses are a proven technology for getting around that perhaps more of us will be using, not just the Amish.
Using manure-catching devices will eliminate thousands of green-collar jobs for those interested in earning a living sweeping it up.
