Curi Caberi Tapia-Martinez - also known as Tahoe, Primo or Papo -- is accused of running a violent drug organization, transporting meth from his base in Turlock, Calif. to the rural areas surrounding Fargo, N.D. and Willmar, Minn. In one six-month period, cops estimate Tapia-Martinez grossed $1 million from the illicit trade, while assaults, smash-and-grab robberies and other drug-related crimes escalated.
Tapia-Martinez has been deported from the United States at least twice. But rather than remain in his nation of origin, the fugitive has allegedly regrouped and returned north, openly mocking the U.S. governments efforts to contain him.
...In addition to being deported, Tapia-Martinez has been arrested numerous times on a variety of charges. But, authorities say, hed use an alias, and bail out before the arresting officers could figure out his true identity.

In California, cops say, Tapia-Martinez purchased the meth from the cartels, then had his underlings transport it up to Yakima, Wash., and then to Minnesota and North Dakota - along the same routes once used by migrant laborers.
Police later found detailed documents, suggesting that Tapia-Martinez regulated every penny his mules spent on their eastward excursions, demanding that they stay at bargain hotels, and travel on specific highways.
You can bring methamphetamine to a rural community, and make more money than in a larger city, Moorhead, Minn. Sgt. Toby Kroney told AMW. Theres more competition in the cities. In a place like this, you can set the price.
At one point, Brad approximates, there were 40 or 45 members of Tapia-Martinezs organization, including his father and a bookkeeper. When a dealer was unable to make a payment, police claim, the fugitive would order his associates to take over the persons home until the debt was paid.
He was known to use automatic weapons -- and, in one instance, a hand grenade -- to drive home his point...
“Shot dead on sight” works for me...
Someone tell Tapia, El-Primo, the scumo that he can post a US birth certificate on the Internet, and that will make him a citizen. Maybe then, he’ll go to prison or fry for his sins.
Mr. President, our Border Security is a Joke!
Was he “born” in Hawaii? My guess is teh Indonesian will give them amnesty for being illegals and for all crimes they commit with a get out of jail card good for the next 10 years.
I voted for the man twice, but America really was a safer, more hopeful place just eight short years ago.
—unanticipated consequence of driving meth production south of the border?

...truly sad to read this about small town America. These were, at one time, prime examples of small town America. Work hard, go to church, listen to your Mom and Dad, get married, get a good honest job, join the Rotary etc. Now, turning into piles of shi$, and likely to turn into bigger piles of shi$ once the amnesty gates open completely. Which they will.
I left Fargo after 6 lovely years and my daughter graduated High School. I can report that it is still the epitome of nice.

It is sad. It is heartbreaking. In Los Angeles, I see up close and personal every day what this country will become. But I always consoled myself that America was still America in the heartland. To a degree, it is. But these latin american third-worlders are like a disease that is inevitable and spreading unchecked. They do NOT have our values, they do not have the qualities that made America and Americans great. And they ARE the future of this country.
