Our constitution is being stripped away and even conservatives are ignoring it.
The Michigan house of representatives recently passed a resolution that sidesteps the electoral college if signed into law. What it seems to mean is that the popular vote is counted as normal but then it is combined with two or 3 other states and the winner of those states combined gets all the electoral college votes. I think GA. is one of the states involved in this mess.

My birth certificate which I have had to provide on several occasions lists the address of the hospital/institution or in my case the street address of birth. It's signed by a physcian who witnessed the birth.
I realize that a manger has no address but couldn't Obama at least provide the county road address of the stable?
I know also that for some there's no controlling legal authority but..
If the Constitution ain't law I don't know what the hell is -- controlling legal authority or not.

In my opinion, there are some people who post online and use names such as “sarge” to give people the impression that they have served in the U.S. military. Every veteran that I know cares deeply about the Obama birth certificate issue and would never try to convince others that this issue should not be pursued. Military servicemembers and our veterans fought and continue to fight to defend our Constitution and to protect us from our enemies.
If someone chooses to ignore the facts surrounding Barack Obama’s birth certificate and every other record he is hiding, that’s their right. However, when they go so far as to try and convince others that they should not attempt to seek the truth, then one has to wonder what their motives are.

Yes, Stanley Ann was enrolled at the University of Washington in Seattle, which is where Malcolm X was living. So it's possible, although the fellow who raised this theory didn't actually prove it, IMHO. But it's certainly possible.
I don't think Obama's father was Obama senior. He is too light-skinned, and they don't look at all alike.
But who knows? What gets me is that the Supreme Court refuses to require Obama to release his birth records. That's hardly an unreasonable thing to ask.
As for the damned press, sitting back and doing NO BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION OF OBAMA AT ALL--friends, college roommates, college records, health records. It's far worse than their complicity with ClintBilly.
America was so enamored with the Clintons that after ony two years in office, the Republicans gained a substantial majority in Congress. We can only pray that will happen again in 2010, but this time with real Conservatives who will actually make a difference and not the compromising baloney of Newt Gringrich et.al. who squandered it all.

This is a constitutional crisis, with a case before the supreme court, and we’re discussing it on this constitutionalist website with REMFs like you shooting us in the backs. WHY? When the framers of the constitution said “if the President elect shall have failed to qualify”, was that just some sort of fun musical tone to sing to or was it some serious stuff to be considered?

You may have a point; but, I have some good news for you. There are a bunch just like you who are no longer serving who will stand. Many have recent experience, and those that do not make it a point to maintain their proficiency, many are LEO’s, many are capable and dedicated in other ways. Many will depend upon you because you will have had the most recent experience.
As you know the American Revolution was waged with a very small portion of the population.

It may be good we have different perspectives.
Our system is not failing us. We have people in power now who do not respect the Constitution. We have a mainstream press that propagandizes rather than objectively reports. I think we’d be fine if lawmakers respected the Constitution and the press attempted to objectively report on the news.
I am amazed by BHO’s mother - only 17, going to college and walking on the wild side in 1960. Very daring for those times - she was out to prove something - another story the Media dare not explore. I hadn’t heard the Malcom X angle. I would be surprised if that were true, but it makes more sense than the Kenyan. Barak Sr. may have thought he was the babydaddy, but Stanley probably didn’t even know herself. The relatives in Kenya now are all under a gag order from the Govt. This truly is amazing that no one dare come forward. Where did those pictures of BHO as a young man come from? This is the Twilight Zone.
