fainéant [fey-nee-uhnt; fe-ney-ahn]

-adj
Given to doing nothing; idle.

-n

one of the best scenes in 300 was when Queen Gorgo offed Theron, the scumbag politician. Earlier, as he was raping her, he said to her: “This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this. I am not your King.” so after he claims to the assemblage in the Council that she whored herself out to him, she draws someone’s sword and as she was stabbing him to death she said: This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this. I am not your Queen.

President-Elect Scatterbrain is a fainéant when it comes to learning what our Founders actually meant in the words of the U.S. constitution.

Clever, and I like a good rape scene, but it’s not lyrical like “squeal like a pig!”

Photobucket Today, this week, and the preceding two weeks, I am and have been a fainéant. I had hoped to have the pipes going for Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve (and far above all, early early early and loud loud loud on New Year's Day!) but alas, poor health did not allow. *\8^(

In vino veritas.

But if you have some left over, is it still the right wine?
