Thanks for the concern. It definitely hurts less when I lie down, and it subsided somewhat when I took some Tylenol.

Is it possible you have frozen shoulder? (adhesive capsulitis) I’m emerging from my second bout with it. Aleve (2 at a time) helps much more than ibuprofin. It gets into the bone, and takes about two weeks to get in there for a bad case. Do you have limitations in your range of motion before it really hurts and you can’t move it further?
