Yeah, they sign up and inside a week to 10 days they're posting away, plugging their own blogs, websites, etc., generally exploiting the host website that initially welcomed them in good faith. For the most part they have little interest in the host website, only in using the existing membership and bandwidth like a cheap whore to further their own agenda.
