A donkey would have kicked the dog! Get it America?

Cute - however, a donkey would have caused the dogs injury, and taunted him once handicapped...

I can’t help wondering what caused the spinal injury.

My eyes are leaking... sniff... sniff... I need a Kleenex.

Good story. Elephants live much longer than dogs. I hope Tara has many doggie friends to come in her life. It will be very sad for her when Bella’s time on earth is ended.

I’m so glad I saw that.
The problem is that dogs don’t live as long as elephants, and sooner or later that poor elephant is going to lose the dog.

Did you see what Jay Leno did with this video?

Showed all of cudley, cute stuff....and then had the elephant suck the entire dog up into its trunk.
Very funny video edit!

Great story - though I could have done without the little ‘life lesson’ from the reporter at the end.

Cute story.

Funny how I’m seeing all these “Taras” now. My DOG (6yo) is Tara; maybe I’ll name my next elephant Bella.

But how old is the elephant? After all, she’s “retired”.

Re: names the same, it’s kinda like driving a new vehicle. You always seem to notice the other ones like it on the road.

Re: your NEXT elephant’s name, so, what was the first one’s name??? lol.
