A Washington State court has just decided that it is not unlawful for a 33 year old teacher to have sex with his 18 year old student......

That Washington “Judge” decided the law was meant to apply only to 16 and 17 year old students....... Convenient, huh...

If 18 is the legal age of consent, I don’t see a problem. Only if it started before the age of consent.

And it’s irrelevant if you think the age of consent should be higher.
