Almost 60 years ago I had a little plastic tank to develop film in, a contact printer to expose the negatives when I dried them, and an enlarger, all from Sears Roebuck. I bought Kodak Tri Chem packs and paper locally. Momma exiled me and my messes to the attic, where I spilled some of the chemicals, which ran through and stained the ceiling in the hall, and then I learned how to paint ceilings!

You should have been more careful.

I love all your pictures, but especially your Osprey. He looks like he’s really enjoying himself.

John Steinbeck wrote a short story about some Ospreys who used to nest every year in his summer home. I would recommend it to those who like good writing about nature.
