I've been meaning to ask Lady Jag. I know she had posted some sites a while back and I didn't save them. The one I have just resizes it. So if it's small, there's no lowering the bytes. I have many pics that are just too huge to post.

Don’t know about online sites but Animation Shop lets you reduce the number of colors in order to reduce file size. It might be something to look for in finding online sites.
