camo is useful when turkey hunting, as they see in full colour.

You got that right! All my city kin, have full camo and all the anti-scent stuff and rarely take home any meat. I go out in work clothes smelling like the shop and “accidentally” find one with bad eyesight and bad nose deer to go home with me every year.

That is true. It still doesn't stop some idiots from shooting at noise and movement in the brush. When elk season would open up back home you could sit in your back yard and listen to the gunfire. It sounded like Vietnam at times. The local papers would have all sorts of stories of hunters with various injuries inflicted by other hunters who had “Buck fever” and didn't identify their target. It really gets the adrenalin flowing to have a couple of rounds of 30-06 go in your direction and have some moron say “I'm sorry thought you were a elk/deer/whatever”
