Arizona Rancher Who Stopped Illegal Immigrants at Border Now Fighting $32 Million Lawsuit

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals — seeking $32 million in damages — who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border, the Washington Times reported Monday.

I wasn’t aware that trespassing was a civil right.

I wasn’t even aware that crossing an international boarder without the correct paperwork was a civil right.

Good thing Bush isn't in the White House, this poor American patriot, defending his own property, doing his job, could be put in prison, probably solitary confinement and had his property and dignity stripped from him. Yikes, he's got bigger problems with this idiot Obammmma in.

My guess is once this guy got a little notoriety, some “loy-yahs” on this side of the chicken wire contacted some Mexicans to have this man set up.

Lack of support from our own government WILL force Americans to such extremes IMO. Crazy that this man and his family are being subjected to such. No less than Pancho Villa with a law degree instead of rifles invading ..........
