Well, I don’t know about billions and billions of civilizations out there, but there are a whole bunch of stars, and a lot of them have planets, and surely a few of those have life...probably more than we can count on both hands. I would imagine that there are a few civilizations out there, just based upon the laws of probability.

What is THAT?

What DATA will you plug into this 'law' to test the assertion?
