I go to my homepage and click on the flag. You have the option in your profile set up to include this on your home page. If there is a better I would like to know.

I turned that block off by going into “Account”, then clicking on “manage blocks”, then next to “locale message” I changed the drop down menu to “disabled”. That made the message block go away.
