Or a coaster to set your beer on.

Sigh. People can do what they want, I generally don’t have a real problem with a small subtle tattoo in the right place.

But I have a serious problem with piercings. I find earrings beautiful on women, but...posts...pins...rings...plugs, whatever...I find them utterly and completely repulsive.

OTOH, my wife likes to say that the little holes go away when you grow up, but the tattoos don’t. That does make sense, but...why even do it in the first place?

I know. I am a fifty year old white guy. Enough said. I was talking about music at work with a young twenties guy who works for me, and I observed that I like and appreciate nearly all types of music ranging from Rock and Jazz through New Age to Classical and more. But no matter how much I try...I cannot stand rap.

He says in his best radio announcer deep voice: “News Flash: Fifty Year Old white guy hates rap.”

I just about fell on the floor.
