How dare she not starve herself for the red carpet walk!?

I here it’s well-known that the starlets make a beeline for the local McDonald’s the minute the ceremony’s over.

That’s not the dress she wore at the Oscars.

Kate stood out and was the family fave.

Other than her we had no clue what the heck the Movies were.

We love Documetaries but the description a the Academy of those docs being Truth uh no Doc are the truth only through the eyes of the person who produces that Doc...it is in these days just an opine of ones reality.

Fun stuff for a night and I guess we may see some of these movies ect on cable in the next two years.

LOL Hey how come no slots for best doggie/kitty movie.. Marley and Me must have not lived up to the book.

We will still catch it for a fun flick on cable down the road.

I was afraid Winslet was going to become the cinematic equivalent of Susan Lucci: getting nominated many times, but never winning. 'Bout time. And her being so un-emaciated, y'know....

Sense and Sensibility (1995)

Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress (Kate Winslet, nominee); BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Kate Winslet, winner); Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress - Motion Picture (Kate Winslet, nominee); Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role (Kate Winslet, winner); Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress - Motion Picture (Kate Winslet, nominee)

I saw a show about 'The Reader' on satellite. They made the beautiful Miss Winslet look plain. And she has an affair with a goofy looking boy. It's not for me. But I like Sense and Sensibility. I bought it.
