It’s definitely one of those statements about the major difference between British and American audiences. In England Life on Mars got two seasons and a spin off that’s run two. In America it’s apparently too confusing/ weird and is going to be lucky to get to finish the season.

It doesn't help that they moved it from Thursday nights to Wednesday nights, up against CSI and Law and Order.

They were hoping for carry over from the Lost audience. There would seem to be a good cross over but apparently not. Oh well, the BBC show is better.

I agree-I used to watch it every week and then they moved it and I haven't seen it since...well until I caught the tail end of it last night while channel surfing. Now that I know where and when it's on again, I'll start watching...although I suspect it won't be renewed.
