STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The purpose of this House Joint Memorial is to inform the United States Congress the State of Idaho hereby claims sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United states and hereby serves notice and demand to the federal government, to cease and desist, effective immediately, federal mandates directly in violation of the Tenth Amendment, compulsory federal legislation that directs states to comply under civil or criminal penalties or sanctions, or requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding.

Are the people of Idaho ready to back this up with secession, if need be? Don’t let this be toothless.
I hope they sent a copy of the Constitution to Wash DC. I don’t think anyone there has one.

How many state (and which ones) have sign these resolutions into law? They need to “JUST DO IT”.
