Yeah, I thought that little bit was weird, too. Even if there weren’t pictures of Adam dressed in drag all over the internet, Adam is not someone I would be swooning for.
He seems high-maintenance. Like he’d ask, “Do these skinny jeans make me look fat?” “Did you take my flat iron?” and call his hairspray, “Product.”
{shudder} Hipsters- a modern plague.
hahahahahahahah. great post.
And he would fight you over the same clothes, LOL
That's MY snake skin jacket!!
She tackles Martina McBride's "Independence Day"
Randy Travis seems worried. "It's a big song". His praise for her seems guarded too. "She's got big pipes."
Listening to her performance just makes me appreciate the original. Shrug.
The audience disagrees, they give her a standing-o.
But the judges are surprisingly critical.
Randy: Interesting choice. Didn't feel comfortable to me. Just keeping it real! [Randy wishes she would have picked "I Will Always Love You". That's why it was on the approved song list, Lil! They didn't put it there for Anoop.]
Kara: We all know you're a great singer. There were other songs you could have chose. Not your best. But good for you for standing your ground.
Paula: Your hair and make up are beautiful. [rambling ... disappointed]
Simon: Look, Little. Lil? Okay, Lil. It kind of came over like a wedding singer. Felt and looked uncomfortable.
[Lil repeatedly interrupts the judges comments to explain "this is Country" and "I can do more than R&B" etc. She wasn't prepared for the judges to NOT love her and it shows.]
Simon:May I talk, Little? [LOL!!]
