The Scots and the Irish are separated only by the Irish Sea. Single malt is single malt. The difference lies in the treatment of the malt. Either way, they’re the nectar of the gods. And I concede that Irish beer is three orders of magnitude better that that of Scotland. We could take a page from all the folks across the pond.
I’d like to know, though, how the Scots could come up with Single Malt but also Haggis.
