Do not be a defeatist. If you want to be hopeless, I would advise doing so in private. People who give up before the victory of defeat has occurred only demoralize those who have the stomach to fight for the right cause.

I am not being a defeatist and I will never give up until this issue is resolved.
I do not want to get my hopes up on Kagan doing anything because she has ties to Obama.
On the positive side, I am sure that Dr. Taitz is not just sitting around waiting for them to help us. She has shown time and again that she will find multiple ways to expose Obama’s lack of natural-born status.
I DO remain optimistic that Obama will eventually be exposed as the fraud that he is.
