Yes. Pay for performance. The lenders and schools would be far more careful to produce a marketable quantity, and also to enroll students of integrity, and most importantly --
to create a student life environment which inculcates responsibility in carry out obligations.

Most def! The government loan programs and the exemption from bankruptcy indemnifies schools and lenders from irresponsibility. Consequently the schools produce bad product.

actualy YES student loans should be included.
If the degree obtained from a university is of such POOR VALUE then the university should lose out on the money. This will induce some competition for the universities to provide value and not basket weaving classes.
