LOL, we tried to escape one. The damn thing followed us
all the way across the state.
Sometimes you just have to hunker down and wait them out.
Oh and make sure you have plenty of gas for your generator. LOL
Mom used to live in Ft Myers, and managed over 30 years not to sustain any storm damage to speak of. Moved her out before the big three hit a few years ago. Still didn’t hurt her place. Florida has been pretty fortunate over the years except maybe for Homestead, Port Charlotte, Pensacola, Ft Walton, maybe I better stop before I run out of towns.
