Seems perfectly reasonable to me.

But then......what about the new American emperor and consort? How do we ever explain them under a multiverse-driven "fine-tuning" strategy?

Is there some way they can be shoved back through a bubble to their point of origin?

That's how they fit in: they're busy forming a monetary/fiscal bubble.

Not all expansions are "good".

I'm waiting for someone to propose an "evolutionary" multiverse -- if the laws of nature may be different in different multiverses, those in which the laws of nature are advantageous will come to predominate (as though time were not local to each multiverse...it raises interesting question which my Easter beer is keeping me from focusing on properly).
