I happened to catch this video on TMZ. Woodie clearly assaults this guy, and not just a little. Plus, he broke the photogs HiDef camera, probably a couple grand and tried to choke the guy.

If it was Woodie Smith instead of Woodie Harrelson (whose own father is in the big for murder, BTW), he would certainly be seeing some jail time. It will be interesting how this pans out.
