He cheated on her, in public. Canoodling on the beach in Costa Rica, at THEIR HOME they have there.

Pretty legitimate reason if you ask me.

Risk my life with AIDS from some skanky broad less than half his age? Uh yeah, I’d deserve half too.

It's called "community property". We had that back in WA state, and there were very, very few cases of that ugly thing called alimony. Both spouses agreed to be covered by the laws of California when they moved there.

As for the article's saying that the lion's share of his fortune should go to him in recompense for attacks on his privacy, you can bet there were paparazzi scum waiting to invade her privacy, as well. In fact, I'm dead certain they're even more interested in doing so these days.
