OK, I get it. She looks bad but can sing good---does it require the wall-to-wall coverage going on for close to a week now?

Look at the bright side, it could be me. I’m fugly and can’t carry a tune in a front end loader.
When is she on TV again?
Look at it this way, when they are talking about Susan, they aren’t talking about Obama.
Feel better now?
Just son long as Americans are distracted from how fast they are losing their liberty.
That’s a bit cheeky!
Turn on your TV now and it’s bound to be there.
I’m tired of useless vanities.
Wanna see pictures of Madonna instead?
I don’t think she looks “bad.” I don’t think the Creator thinks so either. From what I have see, she seems to be a truly genuine person with a sense of humor and is absolutely charming!
I hope NO one is foolish enough to try to *change* her.
;-)
Me too.
Well, there’s a thread about Lady GaGa two threads up...
<wink>
:)
I have not seen the video, i don’t care how well she sings, or how ugly people think she is, I am thoroughly sick of the whole thing.
why are you watching wall-to-wall, ear-to-ear TV, then posting to FR about it, instead of doing something useful?
In a nation where the President is chosen based on his looks and ability to read a teleprompter, the Susan Boyle story is a glimmer of hope.
Don’t expose yourself to it then.
I’m sure there are still millions of Americans
who don’t know about her.
But they may be engrossed in even more frivolous concerns
than the Susan phenomenon.
And it’s no “distraction”.
THere are larger reasons why this story caught on
and invariably makes people get teary (yes, even Rush ,
who was himself promoting it). THAT is the interesting
thing about this story.
Not particularly, but if you have any spare Ann Margaret or Nicole Kidman pics, I'm game.
