Maybe they can undo the 22nd by declaring some of the ratifications invalid. Surely some of the states which ratified the 22nd amendment were guilty of discrimination against African American voters, so their ratifications shouldn't count.

Not only that, but if you speak up, the government attempts to ruin you through smear campaigns.

Joe the plumber is a prime example. Even the woman that came out against Clinton. Heck, several of’em. They all were audited by the IRS.
