A 2/3rds majority? Three fourths of the states? Don’t be naive. That’s the OLD way. In order to do it the NEW way, Hussein has to agree, Pelosi has to say it’s OK with her and the MSM reports that anyone speaking against it is a dirty, stinking racist, guilty of a hate crime.
