“...judging is not loving...” Miley, you are just wrong. Judging has nothing whatever to do with loving. If you throw out judging then everything is as good or as bad as every other thing. Mother Teresa and Octomom, Charles Manson and Bob Hope.

Obama getting almost 66% to McCain’s 32% of the 18-29 year-old vote will haunt us in future elections.

Frankly, considering how much entertainment media hype/adulation Obama received, and the utter lameness of his opponent, I'm amazed that 32% of the "youth vote" came out against him.

As for that garbage indicating that the Democrats now have that 66% locked up for life--I know too many Democrats who voted for Reagan to believe that nonsense.

She’s a sixteen year old KID. Hopefully she’ll wise up with age.

Like most kids, she’s been propagandized to believe that objecting to behaviors by one of the “victim” classes is somehow hateful, and that tradition is evil.

this is just the homo indoctrination of children that the BEHAVIOR is born that way.

There is no personal responsiblity for personal conduct.

What is it with useful idiot daughters and blond hair?

This is like the old USSR using children as anti-nuke tools.

Don't ever let anecdotal evidence stand as a replacement for empirical and scientific evidence. Lifelong party loyalty for first time voters isn't just an American phenomena. It's also seen in other well-developed and mature democracies across the globe.

Don't take my word for it. Pick up a copy of The American Voter at either Amazon, or your local library. It was originally printed in the very early 60's and reprinted and updated in the 80's. It's the seminal work in this field. If you have taken any political science classes, you've either already read the book, or have used text books that use the The American Voter as reference material.

The fact that Reagan converted a lot of Democrats to Republicans isn't anecdotal.

Lifelong party loyalty for first time voters isn't just an American phenomena. It's also seen in other well-developed and mature democracies across the globe.

I would argue that it's a phenomenon of decaying Republics whose citizens are too lazy, stupid, or apathetic to dig deeper than party loyalty when it comes to voting. Once a large enough percentage of the population goes that route, it's a short trip to tyranny. We've been on that train since the 1960s.

'I believe everyone has the right to be happy, that's all i'm saying'

No. Everyone having a right to pursue happiness is not the same as having the right to be happy.

The Dixie Chix said the same thing.

Regretfully her time of fame is passed. No child, faimily or anyone connected to family is going to have anything connected to her.

Who is the sponsor of her concerts?

She is trying to transition out of the country music core america set? fine, she can go be the opening act for the dixie chix.

happiness was never defined as forcing other people to accept two men (orwomen) playing with each other’s genitals as normal.

the deviant crowd defines free speech as everyone agrees with what you are leftwardly saying.

Disney has been moving to shut her down since she did the nude (but fig leafed) pictures spread.

They were grooming one of her cast mates.

HOWEVER disney is virulently pro-homo at times.

Case in point, they are bringin a homosexual cook cat cora to the disney boardwalk to open a restaurant. (she is from iron chef). Ironically every person of greek decent who know about her and her homoadvocacy has already said that is one pseudo greek restaurant they will never set foot in.
[essentially disney is opening up a lesbian bar by default]

back to this little twit, she has just killed the sales of her products. Hannah montanah just got dumped into the bargain bin. Seriously, any father who is seen with a daughter with a hannah montanah anything will be presumed from this point forward to have a “male roomate” back home.

correct, Disney had already been grooming her successor anyway. Demi Lovato or Selena Gomez will just step right in...

“I’m sad that people use god and religion as an excuse 2 hate, discriminate and deny gays and lesbians equality under the law”

Hey Miley. If you’re offended by Miss Prejean just what until you read what Jesus said in Matthew 19:4-6-

“4 He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

‘I believe everyone has the right to be happy, that’s all i’m saying’

Please, Miss Cyrus. Show us where this alleged “right” is in the Constitution? I know of a right to pursue happiness, I don’t know of any right to be happy. Sad thing is, this influential kid has never heard a contrary opinion in her entire life and has no clue.

What should be expect from a “Disney Product”?

Adult writing "should be expect" as a minimum.

Miley Cyrus agreed to talk with Perez Hilton, an abominable, depraved human being who discriminated a woman because she has a Biblical view of marriage.

Call me when she repents.

Miley Cyrus is just a kid, spouting from the liberal playbook. Of course she has no conception of history, civil rights struggles of the past, the importance of family, human sexuality, human nature, and other subjects that affect a conservative person’s view of same-sex marriage.

Can you imagine if she had come out with a conservative view? She would have been tagged by the Perez Hilton crowd and her career would be affected. It would have been said that she was brainwashed to have such views, etc. etc. It’s frustrating for those of us who know better than she has been brainwashed to be parroting these liberal views. She has never thought these issues through, and/or lacks the maturity and life experience at her young age to have coherent judgement.

Hmmm...I don’t know... It seems rather odd to put so much faith in a book based primarily on a study of an election that took place over 50 years ago. Citizens of this country do not associate themselves with political parties near as much as they used to, so why should one presume that the old trends still hold?

"Faith" is an interesting choice of words. I keep faith for things religious or mythological. I put scientific understanding that's supported by empirical evidence in a category complete separate from faith.

Where The American Voter is the seminal work in the field, it is by no means the only published research on the loyalty of party identification in youth voting. Plus, it was reprinted in the 80's with copious amounts of updated research. If you do a little research, both in the internet and libraries, you can find plenty of research that supports The American Voter's conclusions, and virtually none that disputes them.

Like I said, it's the primary source material for political sciences classes all over the country. To discount it because of it's age is like discounting Newton's Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica because it was printed the first time in the 17th century.

Political science is called a science because it's just that. Certain things can be predicted based upon observation and evidence gathered or compiled from previous similar events. Too often, especially here, people are so quick to discount well-respected, well-accepted political science principals because they don't conform to the world as you wish it to be. It's unbecoming to conservatives and educated people everywhere.

Thanks for pointing that out. Also, I am surprised by how many see her as some sort of role model. She is only an entertainer.
