what about the soldiers who were charged at ABu Ghraib...or whatever- the orders came from the top.
I have seen the reports on even Fox that by 2002 orders were given that allowed harsh interrogations-torture? I don’t know. However, why charge these young soldiers who were no doubt following their orders. It should at the least be investigated again.
