An disused oil platform where the control center for diamond based laser satellite used by Blofeld in Diamonds Are Forever is located.

I love the old Bond films and have just about the whole series on DVD. It has been a while since I have watched any of them.
Out of the old Connery flicks, Goldfinger, FRWL and YOLT are tied for first. Thunderball and Dr. No just never did a lot for me.

Thunderball and Dr. No just never did a lot for me. I agree. And there was only one very good Moore Bond film, "For Your Eyes Only." "The Spy Who Loved Me" and "Octopussy" were OK. The rest were awful.
As for Dalton, "The Living Daylights" was decent, "License to Kill" was a boring episode of "Miami Vice."
I disliked Brosnan and all of his Bond movies.
"Casino Royale" was fantastic.

Agreed on “FYEO”.
Best underwater and ski sequences of any Bond film, and one of the best all-around Bond films, even with Roger Moore.
“Octopussy” was only marginally better than the odious “View To A Kill”.
I’m a Dalton fan, especially in “License to Kill” because it’s a grittier, more malevolent Bond than we’d seen since the early 1970s.
