When our youngest turned 18, I asked what kind of cake he wanted, and he said a Meat Cake! He found the recipe online, along with a picture, so I made it for him. The cake layers were made of essentially a meat loaf mixture, and the filling was mashed potatoes. On top, the edges were decorated with more mashed potatoes, and inside that was a frosting of a spicy ketchupy barbecue sauce. It was mighty tasty!
