A groomer? = "A dog hairdresser"
It didn't work out as planned here, however one looks at this, that dog was either ill trained or was ill handled.
If that Pitbull was another Yorkie, a Jack, a Whippet or the majority of other breeds, we wouldn't have a dead dog here.
Any handler who has a powerful dog needs to be competent, anything else is reckless and irresponsible.

I wasn’t even attempting to support the groomer ... merely pointing out that your statement presupposes that the groomer has little or no training in animal handling. This is probably not you run-of-the-mill Veda Salons.
I’m more inclined to believe that the groomer turned his/her back for a moment ... and Muffy became history.

Pit Bulls come with their own set of problems. If the owner does not know what he is getting into or is not capable of dealing with the difficulties of this breed, it is irresponsible for them to own one.
